You just populate your information, and htmlsig creates a beautiful email signature. **What do you dislike about htmlsig?** I wish you could copy and paste the email signature without having to open up a new tab, but that's just me being nitpicky. **What problems is htmlsig solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of having to manually create an email signature within Google. ### 2. I am STILL chasing the refund after 3 MONTHS of contact emails to RAQUEL in their customer support team who is clearly incapable of helping anyone. **What do you dislike about htmlsig?** The WORST customer support I have ever experienced. I have been chasing Raquel in the support team for over 3 MONTHS for a refund after downgrading from the Pro to Basic account. I have STILL not received this refund and she has been unable to provide any reason other than to say she will contact the billing dept and will mention it in meetings. It appears their policy is to renew automatically with no notice and not issue any refunds. **What problems is htmlsig solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used HTMLsig for years and have never had any issues until now. The platform is miscounting the number of sigs I have created and continually prompts me to upgrade. The signatures it is creating have long been deleted but the platform is still attributing them to the account which has a max of 50 signatures in the basic account. ### 3. Handy having all your signature in the one location on the one dashboard to access, very reasonably priced for the basic trial. Website has lots of info on it and very helpful information to guide you through start to finish. Know many people who use this and only ever heard good things. **What do you dislike about htmlsig?** do not dislike anything, very easy to use and no issues so far so really cant fault it at the moment. **Recommendations to others considering htmlsig:** very easy to set up and use **What problems is htmlsig solving and how is that benefiting you?** very easy to set up and looks professional, handy having all social media icons at the bottom to help get the word out there for what we all use ### 5. Its not completely mandatory that it should have one, but I use the Signature to contact recruiters and using my Tableau Public Link would come in handy to show some flair to my profile. **What problems is htmlsig solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was using a manually generated signature till now in my Email, and it always had this problem of getting misaligned in my recipient's mail box.
