"Easy and Aesthetic Email Signatures"

What do you like best about htmlsig?

The templating and form fillout style is the best part about htmlsig. You just populate your information, and htmlsig creates a beautiful email signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about htmlsig?

I wish you could copy and paste the email signature without having to open up a new tab, but that's just me being nitpicky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The WORST customer support I have ever experienced."

What do you like best about htmlsig?

I did like the ease of use but will now be cancelling my account after an incredible lack of customer support and failure to provide a refund after downgrading my account on the day it was renewed. I am STILL chasing the refund after 3 MONTHS of contact emails to RAQUEL in their customer support team who is clearly incapable of helping anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about htmlsig?

The WORST customer support I have ever experienced. I have been chasing Raquel in the support team for over 3 MONTHS for a refund after downgrading from the Pro to Basic account. I have STILL not received this refund and she has been unable to provide any reason other than to say she will contact the billing dept and will mention it in meetings. It appears their policy is to renew automatically with no notice and not issue any refunds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is htmlsig solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used HTMLsig for years and have never had any issues until now. The platform is miscounting the number of sigs I have created and continually prompts me to upgrade. The signatures it is creating have long been deleted but the platform is still attributing them to the account which has a max of 50 signatures in the basic account. "makes e-signatures easy! "

What do you like best about htmlsig?

Very easy to set up and makes e-signatures easy to use, would recommend it, many icons you can use also to advertise where you all have your pages on for example facebook, snap chat, twitter, whatts app etc and many more added that you can add- very handy for promoting your social media profiles at the bottom of your signature strip. Handy having all your signature in the one location on the one dashboard to access, very reasonably priced for the basic trial. Website has lots of info on it and very helpful information to guide you through start to finish. Know many people who use this and only ever heard good things. "Viable Free Signature Options"

What do you like best about htmlsig?

One great thing I loved about htmlSig is the option of getting a Free Signature for our Personal Use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about htmlsig?

One thing I did not like with HtmlSig is that there's still no option of including my Tableau Public Profile Link in the Social media Icons. Its not completely mandatory that it should have one, but I use the Signature to contact recruiters and using my Tableau Public Link would come in handy to show some flair to my profile.
