It’s a powerful, user-friendly, and comprehensive HRMS that has simplified and streamlined every aspect of our HR operations. **What do you dislike about HRManta?** While the core features are easy to navigate, some of the advanced configurations require a bit of learning. Thankfully, HRMantra offers good training resources and responsive support that helped us quickly adapt. **What problems is HRManta solving and how is that benefiting you?** HRMantra is solving multiple core HR challenges for us, and the impact has been truly transformative. ### 2. Also I can check my important documents uploaded by company such as pay slips, forms etc. We can also check company leaves here and can check live status of attendance getting approved. Best thing I can check my colleagues birthdays here and who all are absent. I can also check that I can mark my extra hours here and if in future I am resigning so there is an option to mark that as well and it will not take much time. I can say it has best customer support and its easy for implementation and integration. **What do you dislike about HRManta?** Working from an year long but didn't find any cons. **What problems is HRManta solving and how is that benefiting you?** HRMantra is solving problems such as: Applying attendance and leaves. Can check my important documents uploaded by company such as pay slips, forms etc. We can also check company leaves here. Get live status of attendance getting approved. Can check my colleagues birthdays here and who all are absent. Can also check that I can mark my extra hours here. ### 3. One can easily get to know the tool on their own. **What do you dislike about HRManta?** One feature to have mass attendance regularisation, rather than doing it day by day would be really helpful; the rest is good for now. This feature would obviously be helpful. **What problems is HRManta solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Attendance regularisation - Getting visibility into my attendance, backlog and how many leaves quota I have is helpful 2. Performance review of employees - One stop shop for all the reviews and PIP related details could be found under one platform. ### 6.
