What do you dislike about HP Managed Print Services?
The server service is crashing many times at night or at the time of patching, and every time we need to restart the service manually. But we have created a service down alert, which reduces the production impact. HP service and customer support need to improve and attend the calls scheduled on time, but many times their SLA's are not up to the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easily to integrate with AD and Paper cut tools to manage and limit the prints and to manage and to reduce the cost to business as well. The refills can be easily replaced by ourselves without any HP support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
