## About HotelStride
HotelStride is a mobile navigation service for hotel housemen. When housemen accept orders from the front desk, it calculates an optimized pickup and delivery route across their accepted orders, taking into account the requested rooms’ floors, pantry locations, and required items. It then guides them through the route on their phones. Route planning considers carrying capacity, load weight, elevator and stair options, and the different physical effort of going upstairs and downstairs. Each hotel can configure its floor layout, pantry locations and supplies, stair-use preferences, and workload settings. HotelStride is developed and maintained by Primary System, a South Korean software development and graphic design company established in 2025, with more than 30 client projects delivered since then.
