It is a good Channel Manager that syncs availability, rates and bookings in real time. The way Hotel Spider helps to operate the hotel business and reach out to more customers is commendable. It helps in providing good deals to customers. It integrates well with other apps like Google, TripAdvisor, and PayPal. In this world of online competition and rigorous marketing, this type of tool is very helpful.  Easy to use and easy to implement.One can focus more on giving the customers the best experience and offering better options with this tool.
It gives more online visibility and direct bookings. While dealing with properties, this tools can be used daily.

It is easy to use. The software is well-designed and easy to navigate. Even if you are not a tech expert, you will be able to learn how to use Hotel Spider quickly and easily.
It is comprehensive. Hotel Spider offers a wide range of features, so you can use it to manage all aspects of your hotel operations.

**What do you like best about Hotel Spider?**

I like it because since it's cloud-based, I can access all the data anywhere, and it's pretty easy to use. It boosted the sales while I'm saving my time working.

**What do you dislike about Hotel Spider?**

Sometimes, it's lags for no reason so I need to rebook my device to make it work again, and need to start all over again and hopefully they will work on it to keep it up all the time.

**What problems is Hotel Spider solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've got a lot of workload before but I was able to work them out since the Hotel Spider is pretty easy to use now and I think it made me do a lot of things in a short period of time.

UI is friendly and easy-to-use, and I can use only this to take care of all necessary steps.

The layout is a bit complex. If there is a better way to navigate the item that I'm looking for, it will be easy.

When I need to book a hotel, the process is a bit complex, however, this issue can be solved after using Hotel Spider, that's why I love it.

Powerful tools and features of the software are centrally placed in one platform to give you easy time accessing them and manipulating your work with ease thus reducing risks and allow diversify your presence. The support team gives you solutions to your problem in real time via phone or email. It is also able to synchronize inventory booking, rules and reservations. Its platform is very user friendly as well.

**What do you dislike about Hotel Spider?**

Learning and incorporation of member always proves to be a challenge as the software require enough time for an individual to understand its usage au use it.

**Recommendations to others considering Hotel Spider:**

Optimise your sales with integrated and fully automated approach by use of the software. It is amazingly flexible with powerful tools to execute our day to day operations.

Its mobile enabled and user friendly booking engine increase the number of booking as well revenue collection. This way profit is increased an this is our main aim.
Easy to use software enable a fast and efficient access for easier management. System security is also enhanced through transparency. Another important benefit is that it reduce the complexity of Hotel distribution with room inventory and rates controlled under one platform.
