I love this feature a lot . I can connect with different channels with few simple clicks where in our previous pms and channel manager we have to give them passwords for everything to continue . I feel more safe having more control of data safe and Secure **What do you dislike about Hotel Crux?** There is nothing to dislike with that software . Before that software i confused to manage to my hotel rooms data but after that it so simple measure all of that data . one more it need to improve the User interface . when the user comes into their platfrom its stuck to implement in that property so it needs to improve **What problems is Hotel Crux solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is benefiting me to mange my room so i spend more time with my guest to improve their service. It also help me mange my email manual reservations, dealing with travel agencies managing beds, and other time-consuming activities. I will to going to implement this hotel crux in my new property . ### 4. It also allows me to have automated emails and enables chat features to have direct contact with the Guests. **What do you dislike about Hotel Crux?** The system is relatively new, so I am trying to figure out all the features and how to use them to my benefit. As I go on, I want to see the options and how I can make my marketing and revenue go higher financially. **What problems is Hotel Crux solving and how is that benefiting you?** Revenue streaming and how it can improve my business and allow benefits to my Guests as well. You have a lot of hints and a lot of useful components. With time you start finding that a lot of known hotels are based on HotelCrux **What do you dislike about Hotel Crux?** The only aspect that we disliked was the price you pay. Compared with other options is more expensive. **What problems is Hotel Crux solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the part of already having the components prepared for this business. You don't need to implement it from the beginning. It's just picking the component. So we increased our performance a lot. ### 8.
