Hookshot Proteges is where Ops, PMO, Risk, IT, and Marketing build AI agents they can put in production and still explain later. Connect the apps the team already uses (more than 1,000, including Slack, Jira, Asana, monday, and GitHub), describe the job in plain language, and review triggers, tools, and guardrails before anything goes live. While an agent runs, every inbound event lands in an Event Feed you can open after the fact. Each tool call is labeled read or write. Writes can be previewed before they change a ticket or a record. If a run was off, an operator leaves a Teaching Note so the next pass is tighter. Point an agent at GPT, Claude, or an open source model and switch later without rebuilding the workflow. Hookshot records inputs, outputs, tools, cost, and token use, so audit and incident review start from a real trail instead of a chat log.
