HOOflow Reviews & Product Details

HOOflow helps landlords get their rent in on time without chasing tenants. Add your properties, tenants and rental agreements in a few minutes, and HOOflow keeps track of every rent period: what is open, what is late and what has been paid. When rent is late, HOOflow automatically sends a polite payment reminder on your behalf, at the moments you choose and in your own words. Replies from tenants go straight to your own mailbox, and tenants do not need an account. You can also send an advance notice before the due date and a follow-up reminder. Optionally, link your business bank account through our licensed PSD2 partner. HOOflow then reads your incoming transactions (read-only) and automatically matches rent payments to the right period using the tenant's IBAN, payment reference or property address. HOOflow never executes payments. HOOflow is built in the Netherlands for landlords of every size, from private investors with a few units to professionally organised landlords. Start with a 30-day free trial, no payment details required.
