We are deploying on different cloud providers depending on our customers requirements and therefore tracking our cloud costs by customer was super complicated before Holori. Now it's easy and we can track shared costs as well. Also using the diagram feature to show our customer the infrastructure we will be deploying for them and once deployed, we show them what it looks like for compliance and audits. **What do you dislike about Holori?** So far I have nothing to dislike even if I am not using all the features yet. **What problems is Holori solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can now track our cost by customer on different cloud provider and thus know what our RoI is. Diagrams help us to gain trust from our customers that are often sensitive when it comes to cloud (manufacturing field) ### 2. Moreover, it has helped us allocate our spend and create custom dashboard for each business unit/project. The infrastructure diagram is super valuable to bring the DevOps to the table. The team was super helpful with the onboarding. **What do you dislike about Holori?** You can’t export the diagram to Draw.io and that’s a bit annoying. The Holori team mentioned it was in the roadmap. **What problems is Holori solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralizing cloud costs across multiple providers and involving many stakeholders in our company for cost awareness. ### 3. Additionally, the diagram view provides our DevOps team with clear insights into our infrastructure configuration, making it easier to identify optimization opportunities. Virtual tags have been a game-changer in harmonizing cost allocation across departments and projects. **What do you dislike about Holori?** Sometime the software is a bit slow due the large amount of data (I guess). Also getting minor bugs from time to time but the team is fast to resolve issues. There are also some features that are missing but it's in their roadmap. **What problems is Holori solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better understand and optimize our cost across AWS & GCP. Keep our infrastructure well documented and secured. We have reduced our cost by 35% since we started using Holori. ### 5. The cost dashboard is clear and let me track spending across multiple providers without jumping between different consoles. I also really like the virtual tagging and graphical cost allocation. Everybody in our company from engineering to finance has access to Holori which is important to create a strong FinOps culture. **What do you dislike about Holori?** Some advanced features requires a bit of training to be fully understood. Fortunately, Holori support team helped us well for onboarding/training. **What problems is Holori solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visualizing cloud spend across AWS and Azure. Allocating spend between multiple departments. Reporting to executives. ### 6. The tool spotted dozens of resources created in the wrong regions, helping us reduce our costs almost instantly. The cost views look promising, better than AWS for sure. I'm sure that as time goes on it will become more and more useful. Ease of use was great. Very simple to integrate with AWS. Support was excellent, absolutly asonishingly excellent. **What do you dislike about Holori?** The Infrastrucure view is pretty cluttered and formatting takes effort. Beauty is hard to automate, but i'd like to see more in this space - this will be what keeps me coming month after month. **What problems is Holori solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cost and infra visibility: * We're a startup trying to secure the platform by implementing subnet isolation... but the migration isn't working, >2 person weeks put into debugging so far - Holori visualised what we had implemented instantly. * Before we accidentally created 4x the number of databases running that were meant to be. Holori spotted dozens of components that were in the wrong place or had not been deleted saving us real cash. ### 7.
