I especially love the fact that you can turn your credits into subscriptions or turn them in for actual products. I have signed up for Class Pass, Meal Kits, and purchased countless fitness equipment all from holistically! The products they offer are great quality, and they have all the latest trending wellness apps and subscriptions to choose from. **What do you dislike about Holisticly?** The only downside I can think of is that it caps you at 150 credits total. Its hard to save up for certain items that may be 200 credits for example. **What problems is Holisticly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Holistically has cut down on a lot of subscription costs, especially for gym costs by offering class pass, they have introduced me to customized vitamins, and helped me with my mental health by offering resources like Better Help. ### 2. I do also appreciate that they are slowly expanding on the choices. It's a nice benefit and appreciated perk to get to choose from. It is easy to use the site and app as well. **What do you dislike about Holisticly?** The options to choose from can at times become stale and I default to Audible credits because other options are not something I am interested in. Some items are a bit hard to purchase as well, having the credits available for a gift card for some would be a nice change and provide less limitations. The group class options either are not honored where I live, or they are confusing and I have to pay extra after signing up for something. For example, I did Factor one time, it gave me xx credit, but then I went to their site and had to pay extra, plus I was wrapped into a recurring monthly program which I did not want. The only thing on there that I would want is the oura ring, but we are not allowed to accrue enough points to purchase that in full. Of the perks offered via my employer, this is one I really do not care about, and my last selection was only made because my points were almost maxed out and I got an email that if I did not spend them, my next set of points would be lost to me. **What problems is Holisticly solving and how is that benefiting you?** None that I am aware of. It would be nice to see offerings in local cities. I am in St. Louis, we just got Crunch, but it still does not show as option to select when I click on Crunch. ### 5. Personally, I get to use my stipend for ClassPass points—which I would've purchased anyway—so it really feels like an instant benefit. On top of that, I can use the extra points on a range of other wellness services or products, giving me flexibility based on what I need that month. It’s a simple way to feel genuinely valued by my company. Holisticly customer support has been excellent in resolving any delivery issues. I use this company perk every month and because it auto renews my subscription, it is very easy to implement/integrate into my monthly routine. **What do you dislike about Holisticly?** The app experience still needs a lot of work. The user interface feels outdated, and I deal with crashes more often than I’d like. Plus, it doesn’t remember my shipping address or payment details, which means I have to enter the same information every time I place an order. On the products page, it refreshes every time I try to click on something, making browsing pretty frustrating. Once you are locked into one gym, then you are locked in. Specfically for the memberships where Holisticly provides gift cards, that means users have to pay the initial fee, annual fee, and then the monthly fee. This seems only for LA Fitness. I wonder if there are options to expand the gym use across multiple gyms. This would be beneficial for a lot of employees. The options to order products are limited (very little protein powder options, protein bar options, etc), products that are sold out are shown on the product page. The whole app is okay to use, the website is not UI size responsive. Customer support is slow and lacking, fulfilling orders take 2-3 days on average. Frequency of use is only when you need it. Ease of integration is okay, its just a website/app but since transactions arent instant it feels like checking the app isnt that useful. **What problems is Holisticly solving and how is that benefiting you?** A wellness perk for employees with gym memberships, services, and overall health of a person. ### 7. For example, when I previously redeemed a massage gift card, the instructions were not very clear when I tried to make the appointment on the partner’s site, and I was worried that I might accidentally have to pay extra or that the gift card might not go through. I also tried using another service with Massage Envy. On Holisticly, I redeemed a Monthly Membership, but when I logged into the Massage Envy app, there was no indication that I was entitled to one free massage per month. As a remote worker I enjoy using the benefits of Factor, Every Plate and the self learning apps. **What do you dislike about Holisticly?** I don't dislike Holisticly, however I would love to see a bigger partnership different fitness gyms and studios. Unfortunately in my area we do not have any of the partnered fitness centers located near me. LA fitness, Crunch etc do not exist anywhere close by. **What problems is Holisticly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Holisticly offers good supplements such as vitamins, exercise equipment and healthy food choices that help me make better decisions. These employee benefits are very useful since working remotely I often forget to make better food choices, or stay active. I use my dumbbells, eat Factor meals when im very busy and don't have time to cook and I take my vitamins every day which make me feel great. ### 10. I'm taxed on the benefit, so if I don't use it, I lose money that way. I subscribe to Audible through Holisticly and use this to kind of pursue continued learning and I've started to see the benefits of meditating at the start and end of the work day with Headspace. **What do you dislike about Holisticly?** I really wish the unused portion of my monthly budget could roll over or accrue over time - this would allow me to get even more out of Holistically.
