"Keeps My Healthcare Content and Projects Organized in One Workspace"
5/5
What do you like best about Hive?

it helps me manage different daily work activities in one place without making things confusing. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create healthcare awareness content for social media, so I use Hive for content planning, patient follow-up tracking, organizing wellness campaigns, and managing healthcare related projects. I like that tasks, subtasks, labels, notes, due dates, and workflow stages can be managed very easily. Features like Table view, Calendar view, status tracking, reminders, notifications, and project organization help me a lot while handling multiple healthcare and educational tasks together. Timeline style tracking is also useful for managing ongoing content schedules and workflow planning.

I also use Hive to track content progress, review patient updates, organize consultation records, and manage social media health education tasks. Everything stays more organized, and it becomes easier to check completed work, pending tasks, and ongoing activities from one place. Another good thing is that Hive has many useful features but still feels simple and clean during regular use. Navigation is smooth, integrations are helpful, and the overall workflow management experience is very good. Customer support resources were also useful whenever I needed guidance. Overall, it helps me save time and manage healthcare content and patient related workflow in a more organized and professional way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

Sometimes after working on multiple tasks and projects for some time, a few sections can start feeling slightly crowded, especially when many updates, subtasks, and workflow activities are active together. I also noticed that switching between different views takes a little time in the beginning until you get used to the workspace layout. But once the workflow is properly set up, daily work management becomes much easier and smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The most organized and smarted way to work from home"
5/5
What do you like best about Hive?

The best things about working with hive are the organizational part, the possibility to schedule working hours and, without a doubt, the platform's intuitiveness to open, schedule, organize and optimize your work time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

The only thing I believe needs more improvements are the application for pc and mobile. they are kinda hard to read and do some urgent things, and beside that, consumes a lot of ram from the hardware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Miles of Hive

Thank you for the review, Leonardo! We are so glad to hear your team stays organized and on task with Hive. Our goal is to make sure all users work faster, and it sounds like we've achieved this!

"Easy to Use and Helpful for Day-to-Day Task Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Hive?

Hive is quite easy to get the hang of. Whilst we don't use all the components of Hive, what we do use has been very helpful in our day-to-day business - we can leave each other notes and assign members to tasks to make it easy to see what needs to be done for every job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

We had trialed proofing and approvals with our clients however we found that it was easy for them to lose the links in their inboxes.

We have added Hive Automate to our workspace but found that you have to be rather tech savvy to make the best use of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Miles of Hive

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the challenges with proofing and approvals, and we're continuously working to improve the user experience for both internal and external users.

"User-Friendly Hive: The Perfect Project Management Fit for Our Small Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Hive?

We love that Hive has a user friendly interface. We went ahead with this tool out of all the project management tools as it was the easiest for our senior management to understand and work on. We are a small team and it has been a perfect fit. And Buzz, the AI chatbot has been the best one, it can create projects with a prompt inside of Hive. The customer support has been excellent despite the time zone differences. We also had an amazing onboarding consultant, Elle, who was incredibly persistent and made sure every one of us understood the tool thoroughly. It was easy to implement for a team of 10. It has many app integrations and we loved the slack integration as that's out main go to. Overall, one of the best project management tools out there especially because of Buzz. What do you dislike about Hive?

The proofing and approvals add on could be better than it is now if it allows for accurate frame to frame feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Miles of Hive

"Excellent message interface and long-lasting chats"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hive?

I have really liked the interface of the messages and the duration of the chats. However, I would like the overall interface of the platform to be more adaptable and visually appealing. I also consider it important to have a guide for using the platform, as well as to provide it in several languages if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

It is only available in English; it could be amazing to have it translated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Miles of Hive

We're glad to hear that you enjoy the message interface and long-lasting chats on Hive. We appreciate your feedback about the overall platform interface and language options. We are constantly working on improving the platform, and your input is valuable to us.

"Boosts Team Collaboration with Robust Templates and Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Hive?

I like the templates and added apps. Being able to use workflows, forms, and notes makes a huge difference. The templates allow me to build out workflows that I can pass to my colleagues without cumbersome documentation and without having to explain so much that I might as well have done it myself. The workflows allow us to automate some of the work, for example, processing the applications that we receive for a specialty program. We use notes to keep meeting notes and program SOPs in easily accessible and linkable forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

It's not super user friendly when you're first getting started. I had to invest a lot of time upfront in understanding the user interface, and I wasn't able to find relevant tutorial videos online or in Hive University. It was not easy, and I dedicated close to a week getting the projects set up enough that I could bring it to my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Miles of Hive

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that the user interface may have been challenging at first, and we appreciate your patience as you got everything set up. We will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements.

"A very flexible project management tool which helps in scaling our team"
4/5
What do you like best about Hive?

The best thing about this platform is its flexibility and its ability to adapt to different team workflows. From Kanban, Gantt, calendar or even table views. It accommodates multiple work styles within the same platform. Their built-in automation, time tracking and collaboration features make it a very powerful all-in-one solution without making it much complicated. This platform third party ecosystem is very wide in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

Though this platform is very feature-rich, for new users, it is very complex to set up the initial structure. Their workflow structuring is very effective but needs wider options, and these platform integrations are hidden behind the high-tier plans, which are not that adaptable for smaller teams. There are certain roadblocks in the integration systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Miles of Hive

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Hive's flexibility and all-in-one solution features. We understand the challenges with the initial setup complexity and limited integrations for smaller teams. Your feedback is important to us, and we're continuously working to enhance the platform's usability and accessibility for all users.

"Beautiful, Customizable Interface with a Smooth, Well-Organized Task Layout"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hive?

I love the interface - you can customize the colors for projects (or in my case, clients), it just flows very well and is very visually appealing and well organized. I also love the layout when you open a task, where the sub-tasks are, the comments section, other information. I love that you can customize the task in ways I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

The ONLY thing I don't like is that I can't drag & drop tasks within a specific day on calendar view. I have to click each task and click "move up/down" which can take some time. I would love the ability to just drag & drop the task in the order I need for that specific day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Miles of Hive

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Hive's interface and task layout. We understand the importance of a visually appealing and customizable platform, and we're glad to hear that it's benefiting your business.

"Efficient Project Management with Customizable Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Hive?

I like how Hive helps us streamline project management and access project information easily across multiple platforms. I appreciate the ability to add functionality through add-ins, which prevents us from paying a premium for features we'll never use. The base price of Hive is very reasonable, and we can enhance functionality in particular areas like Automation and AI, as well as integration with Salesforce, by using relatively low-cost add-ins. It's a significant advantage to give Hive's AI, called "Buzz," an integration task in plain language, saving us a lot of time. Additionally, Hive's integration with Microsoft 365 provides useful features like calendar reminders and links to meetings, along with the ability to link an email to an action in Hive, which is very helpful. The initial setup of Hive was relatively easy as we were able to import our templates, and Hive staff were supportive in helping us understand the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

The Proofing & Approvals functionality didn't work very well for us. There's a lot of potential in it, but at this point it still feels like a work in progress. There are just too many variables in document types and website setups to be able to reliably proof things beyond images and PDFs. We do a lot of proofing and approvals of text documents, usually in Microsoft Word, but you can't actually open the document and track changes inside of Hive. You can mark up the document if you convert it to a PDF, but that sacrifices the ability to make changes and track them directly on the document. Since you need to go out of Hive to do that, the 'inside the project management tool' advantage sort of goes away, and becomes more of a 'manage the tool' burden when it comes to text documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Miles of Hive

Thank you for your feedback! We're pleased to hear that Hive has helped streamline your project management and provide easy access to project information. We value your input regarding the Proofing & Approvals functionality and are committed to improving it to better meet your needs for text document proofing and approvals.
