Hisaabnow Reviews & Product Details

Billing, POS & shop management for Indian small businesses — in Hindi and English. HisaabNow is a billing, point-of-sale and business-management app built specifically for Indian small businesses. Instead of generic invoicing software, it's tailored to how local shops actually run — salons and beauty parlours, cafés, restaurants, sweet shops, and kirana/grocery stores — and works entirely on an Android phone, with no computer or expensive POS hardware required. At its core, HisaabNow combines fast GST-compliant billing (barcode scan, Hindi/English voice billing, HSN codes) with the things shopkeepers struggle to track manually: udhaar khaata (customer credit) with automatic WhatsApp payment reminders, staff management and commission calculation, inventory with low-stock alerts, and real profit per item or service rather than just revenue. What sets it apart is its India-first design: a fully bilingual Hindi/English interface, voice-based billing for hands-free counters, WhatsApp-based receipts and reminders, and an AI assistant ("Munim") that surfaces simple, actionable business insights. It's offline-first, so billing keeps working even with a weak connection, and supports multiple shops or branches from a single dashboard. HisaabNow is offered as a 7-day free trial, then Pro at ₹99/month (₹990/year) and King at ₹199/month (₹1,990/year), with no setup fee and no per-bill charge.
