HireTalent.ph Reviews & Product Details

HireTalent.ph is a hiring and team-management platform for finding, hiring and managing pre-vetted remote professionals in the Philippines, with a focus on talent trained in AI tools. Employers can search the talent pool and hire directly, or use Done For You Hiring and have HireTalent's recruiters deliver a shortlist. Every applicant is screened (65% don't make the cut), and human-reviewed certification badges cover 24+ AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney and Cursor. Paid trial tasks let you test candidates before you hire, and Magic Matching recommends candidates by skills, experience and work style. Built-in time tracking, contracts, compliance documents and payroll let you run your remote team in one place, with no agency markup. Common hires include virtual assistants, developers, designers, bookkeepers, video editors and customer support.
