Hirenest is the best candidate skills testing platform based on which we can easily filter the right talent. I recently had to close three positions using Hirenest. It was a fantastic experience! I could easily create assessments for each role, as Hirenest provides templates for me (front-end developer, back-end developer, and QA engineer). Assessments included personality, cognitive aptitude, situational judgment, and skill proficiency tests. Hirenest offer a broad range of assessments for different job roles. Assessment templates has revolutionized my hiring aproach. At the beginning, I wanted to have option to pay for each assessment, but later realized that their pricing model is quite good and cheaper than others.
