This reduces the time to assess their skill set, identify the best candidates based on their experience, and hire the best talent. This is a perfect platform to take logical thinking and reasoning ability tests. **What do you dislike about Hirenest?** Everything works well, but improves test performance and increases test time. Affordable pricing structure **What problems is Hirenest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hirenest is the best talent assessment platform. It is easy to conduct assessments for different levels of professionals. It automatically evaluates the candidates' skills based on the assessment and reduces our time to find out the best talent to hire. ### 2. It was a fantastic experience! I could easily create assessments for each role, as Hirenest provides templates for me (front-end developer, back-end developer, and QA engineer). Assessments included personality, cognitive aptitude, situational judgment, and skill proficiency tests. This helped me to better compare candidates before inviting them for an interview and filter out a lot of “pretenders”. **What do you dislike about Hirenest?** The support team was okay but could be faster. **What problems is Hirenest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, I was interviewing about 10 candidates to close a single position. But with Hirenest, I conducted just six interviews and hired three people. It’s a game-changer for me, for sure. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. ### 3. The limited pool of candidates hinder diversity. Assessment templates has revolutionized my hiring aproach. I have to mention Peter from support, he helped me to make the assessment according to my specific needs. **What do you dislike about Hirenest?** At the beginning, I wanted to have option to pay for each assessment, but later realized that their pricing model is quite good and cheaper than others. Overall I like everything, but I haven't used other tools, so my opinion might be a bit misleading. **What problems is Hirenest solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the help of Hirenest, I changed my hiring funnel, Previously, I checked resumes in the firs place, not I invite my candidates to do an assessment. Trust me, it gives a lot of more information that just hiring people without checking their skills in details. ### 5. The level of customization offered in assessments far surpasses similar platforms I've used (TestGorilla and Toggl Hire). **What do you dislike about Hirenest?** My main concern is the limited assessment lifetime. I wish assessments could be published for longer durations, ideally up to 6 months. **What problems is Hirenest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hirenest's role-specific and situational judgment tests allow for a more targeted evaluation of candidates.
