**What do you like best about Hirenest?**

I have been applying for jobs for three months and haven't received even a single callback. On HireNest, I just completed a skill assessment test, and I received a few calls within a couple of days. Because it indicated to the HR that I possessed the skills I claimed on my CV. Also, the AI resume builder helped me draft a customised CV for some of the roles I was applying for.

**What do you dislike about Hirenest?**

Honestly, I don't have any dislike for HireNest at this point. Because of this platform, I received a few interview calls, even though I was unsuccessful on the other platforms.

**What do you like best about Hirenest?**

Before we started using Hire Nest, our HRs were spending roughly 3 to 4 days just doing initial screening calls. And now that entire process is handled by the scale assessment and AI ranking features within Hire Nest. We still have human interviews, but those are only with selective candidates who have passed their assessment tests.

**What do you dislike about Hirenest?**

There is nothing that I have disliked about Hire Nest so far, honestly. It is just saving my team and me 3 to 4 days that would otherwise have been spent on initial screening rounds and shortlisting candidates.

It is helping my team save three to four days that would otherwise have been spent on the screening round. Our recruiters are now driving quality conversations with the prospective candidates.

**What do you like best about Hirenest?**

I have been in marketing for 13 years, and I still get screener calls where a junior recruiter asks me to walk them through my resume. HireNest skipped all of that. The AI video interview asked real strategic questions relevant to the role. I recorded it between meetings, on my own schedule. That alone made me take the company more seriously.

There is nothing significant that I dislike about Hirenest so far.

Hiring processes these days reward whoever clears their calendar fastest. HireNest rewarded the better candidate. I had three other applications running that month. HireNest was the only one where I felt my experience actually got evaluated. I moved faster there than anywhere else.

**What do you like best about Hirenest?**

HireNest has helped me simplify my hiring process to a greater degree. I don't have to spend two hours on calls with candidates who have great CVs but can't answer basic questions on the phone. The ranking feature for applicants who have completed the skill assessment has been really helpful. The video interview feature is a bonus, too.

There are no dislikes for now, as I have just started using HireNest.

**What do you like best about Hirenest?**

I moved from product marketing into performance marketing. My resume looked like a career change, which it was. Recruiters were skipping past me. I took the performance marketing skill assessment on Hirenest and it actually tested real things. Attribution models, funnel analysis, campaign thinking. Not textbook questions. My score showed up on my profile and employers could see it before my CV. That did the work for me.

Honestly, nothing so far. It got me a foot in the door when nothing else was working. Hard to complain about that.

**What do you like best about Hirenest?**

The candidate ranking system is genuinely powerful and gives us a level of confidence that’s hard to put into words. With 350 assessments covering a wide range, we still haven’t come across a role where we couldn’t build a relevant test. Before using Hirenest, shortlisting often felt like a coin toss; now we have real data to support every candidate decision.

**What do you dislike about Hirenest?**

I haven’t yet explored the full potential of Hirenest, so I’ll share any dislikes later. For now, I’m really enjoying the experience.

We have caught candidates red-handed listing tools they hadn't used previously. we only found that once we hired them. Hirenest.ai helped us change that. The skill assessment feature just helps us analyse the candidates who know their stuff well.

I have no major complaints. The interface took a little getting used to at first, but once you're past that, it's pretty straightforward.

We used to make hiring calls based on what people wrote about themselves. That's a gamble. HireNest changed that. The skill assessments screen candidates before we ever get on a call, so by the time they reach us, we already know they can do the job. Our interviews are sharper, our hires more reliable.

I run a career coaching practice. 
When I finally needed to hire someone to help me, I had zero bandwidth for a long screening process. 
The AI video interview feature was really helpful. 
I reviewed recordings at my own pace, saw exactly how candidates communicate under pressure, and shortlisted two people in a day.

The video interview setup takes a few tries to get right.

We don't hire frequently therefore we are scared since every wrong call costs us a lot. 
The AI video interview has changed how we screen candidates who look good on paper. 
Once they complete the video interview  we get scores on communication, confidence, and structured thinking.

I love the product so far. 
I don’t have any complaints. 
I am looking forward to exploring more features like skill assessments.

**What do you like best about Hirenest?**

The 350+ assessment library is massive. Whether we're hiring engineers, content writers, data analysts or ops folks, there's already a test for it. It saves us from building evaluations from scratch every time.

**What do you dislike about Hirenest?**

I don't have any major complaints. I'd love better reporting tools to share assessment results with hiring managers. Small thing but would save some back and forth.

We used to spend 2-3 weeks interviewing candidates who looked good on paper but couldn't back it up. Since using HireNest, we've cut that down significantly. Candidates come pre-assessed, so our interview time has dropped and our offer acceptance rate has gone up. We're not second-guessing our shortlists anymore.

I come from a non-traditional background, and my resume has failed to tell my complete story. That's why I love the skill assessment system on HireNest. Because it allowed me to demonstrate what I actually knew through assessment tests. The AI career matcher also suggested new job roles I wouldn't have thought to apply for

I don't have any dislikes; however, I would love more educational material about the platform on how to use it more efficiently

I think the company is solving two major problems for me:
It is helping me display my skill set to the companies I applied to much better.

**What do you like best about Hirenest?**

The skill assessments are the whole point for me. I took a few tests, they showed up right on my profile, and employers could see my scores before they even clicked my resume. That changes everything. I'm not a great resume writer but I'm good at my job. HireNest finally let me show that.

**What do you dislike about Hirenest?**

The assessment library is huge but finding the right ones for your role takes some digging. A "recommended tests for this job title" feature would save a lot of time.

I had applied to 60+ roles and heard back from maybe 4. The problem was never my skills. It was that nobody could see them past a PDF. HireNest gave me a way to prove what I can do before anyone even talks to me. Got two interviews in the first two weeks after building my profile.

AI video interview assesses how you communicate and how you carry yourself. 
For sales that's literally the job I've been talking to clients for 4 years.
Now, someone can actually see that before they even open my CV.

It is still building out in my city. Job listings are thin compared to the big boards.

I kept losing to people with fancier logos on their resumes. 
They had the same skills, but a better brand name. 
Therefore, they got the call. 
Hirenest changed what employers see first by allowing me to show what I can actually do. 
That one shift made a real difference.

I am hiring for multiple roles, and it is chaotic. hirenest.ai has helped me reduce the chaos. 

I was sceptical before using it, but it has been a delightful experience ever since I used it. I love the skill assessment feature the most.

No real complaints yet. I just wish I could customize the assessment view a bit more. It would make life easier.

We are loving the unlimited assessment model from a cost perspective. We used to skip some assessments on some candidates to save money on other platforms, which led to a couple of poor hires.

There's not much to dislike about the product currently.

We were writing off a lot of hours per role between recruiter time, platform fees, and interview rounds. Our cost for hire was way too high for a company of our size. Hirenest has helped us significantly compress those stages.

I came from chemical consulting. Moved to media sales. My resume made zero sense to anyone. I kept getting ghosted. Then I took the sales aptitude assessment on HireNest. Scored well. Put it on my profile. Suddenly recruiters were reaching out. That one assessment did more for me than six months of resume tweaking..

What I love about Hire Nest is the feature that gives us data on a candidate's ranking for the skills they claim to possess. Because it has moved our decision from gut feel to looking at scores and evaluating the candidates

I have been using the same resume for the past six months since my graduation. The AI resume builder flagged missing keywords for the target roles and for the sections that were not ATS-friendly.

I just wish that I had come across this tool much earlier. Therefore, I don't have any dislikes about HireNest.
