Hired Copilot Reviews & Product Details

Hired Copilot is AI-assisted applicant screening for hiring teams. Post a role, collect applications, and get every candidate scored against your own job description — with each applicant's matched strengths and gaps shown, so a human always makes the final call and nothing is auto-rejected. It also surfaces soft integrity signals, like the same résumé reused across multiple accounts, to help teams spot mass-applied or AI-generated spam applications. Built for lean hiring teams that want faster, more consistent, and more defensible screening.
