Secondly it allows to post job on multiple boards or portals which is an amazing features for every recruiter. **What do you dislike about Hirebridge?** Nothing, I have been using this from a long time but I have not find any issues in the software till yet. **What problems is Hirebridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Screeing of the CVs and job applications was one of biggest problems which has been resovled by the Hirebriedge. It also has email templates, communication channel and pre screening questions which is addtional and super effective. ### 2. There was not always prime communication between parties. **What problems is Hirebridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** The applicant tracking system is an important part of any application tool. It's easy to customize and their support team is available and ready to help with anything that you can't figure out on your own. Multiple dashboard views make it easy to understand data, but the filtering is a bit limited. **What do you dislike about Hirebridge?** Depending on how you query the data, you may get a different result. Different reports use different start/end dates (ex: some display data based on application date, some based on date of pipeline movement). While I trust the accuracy of the data, it's never fun to guess which version of a metric suits your needs best. I've trained a few of our associates to use this program and they all rave about it. **What do you dislike about Hirebridge?** Nothing at all! Because of that, I'm grateful for Hirebridge's ease of use to capture interview feedback and recommendations for the entire team. **What do you dislike about Hirebridge?** The platform can seem a bit plain looking, but overall that probably adds to its ease of use. **What problems is Hirebridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can't speak for the people whose job it is to handle recruiting, but on my end, this has made it so much easier to keep candidate information, interview times, interview feedback, and other context in one spot for our whole teaim; it seems to speed up the process of making informed decisions for hires. ### 15. I've used competitors in the past where the candidate view is clunky and awkward. This is stream lined and very straight forward. **What do you dislike about Hirebridge?** Two different logins. One for hiring managers and one for referrals. For months a subsection of our org thought it was broken or not set up correctly, but it was because they were logging in to the wrong instance. Once we were informed of the other instance, referring people became an extremely simple step. **Recommendations to others considering Hirebridge:** There are other products out there than can do relatively the same thing. Hirebridge has nice features when it comes to interviewing candidates as well as referral links. Other products might be able to do the same thing, but I believe Hirebridge has a lot of opportunities to add more customized information and features for your hiring manager team,. **What problems is Hirebridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to have candidates easily referred through referral links and the ability to track those candidates through the process. The hiring manager view also allows managers to easily see information on the candidate as well as follow a streamlined process for interviewing. ### 17. Resume parsing, resume search as well as interview scheduling. **What do you dislike about Hirebridge?** It tends to freeze, most likely due to compatibility issues, especially for Mac. **What problems is Hirebridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** HR managers complained about end-to-end control over hiring process. Buying this tool has enabled transparency across the process.
