**What do you like best about Hiphops?**

the best thing about Hiphops is it brings together development teams and operation team togethere for a easy collaboration, perpetual improvements and automating the entire process . Integrates different department so that users can take ownership and have accountability in their work. Customer handling and support is up to the mark.

**What do you dislike about Hiphops?**

Not much, but the reliance on single platform generally increases costs in long term, also the tools may be tricky for a beginer to manage.

**What problems is Hiphops solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiphops  automates the workplace and hence solves one of the biggest problem which arises from coding and very slow maintenance. The other thing which organization is greatly benifitted is the efficient collaboration of development and operation team boosts the communication and streamlines the overall productivity.
