"Excellent Experience - Beyond What I Expected"

What do you like best about HigherVisibility?

Their communication is amazing! However, I will note that all communication is via email, unless you request a call. If you need to have a lengthier discussion (as email would be too long), you can request a phone call, and they will set up a meeting with you to work through any questions/issues you may have.

Also, they do schedule quarterly zoom calls to discuss & review your project, which is very nice and keeps you informed.

But most importantly, they do what they say. I have found other companies that promise, but do not deliver. HigherVisibility will do what they promise!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Understanding the marketing industry (in general) helps whenever you are discussing options for your company. However, if you are not familiar with their industry, HigherVisibility will educate you and then advise you on certain specific steps to take to stand out. I would encourage taking those recommendations to assist them in getting the best results for your marketing plan.

HigherVisibility is helping me with our SEO ranking, increasing our website presence, and Google Ads. They also handle all my website maintenance.

What do you like best about HigherVisibility?

What we’ve found most challenging—though not a reflection on HigherVisibility—is simply keeping pace with the ever-changing world of SEO and understanding how those changes specifically impact our industry. Search algorithms evolve constantly, and while HigherVisibility does an excellent job explaining the “why” behind every recommendation, it can still be tough on our end to implement changes quickly—especially when decisions involve multiple internal stakeholders or third parties.

At times, we’ve joked that we wish HigherVisibility could just take over everything, because they make the process so much smoother and clearer. Their expertise and support have been invaluable in helping us bridge that gap, and even when implementation is out of their hands, they’re patient, collaborative, and always willing to help us find the best path forward.
