I just set the scrape up, and come back later to find everything done. **What do you dislike about Hexomatic?** Sometimes workflows don't work. Usually, this is because of CAPTCHA. Hexomatic provide their own, premium (paid) proxies, to combat this, but they don't allow you the option to use your own. Feels like a bit of a money grab. **What problems is Hexomatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently I'm just using it for smaller jobs. Right now, I'm rebranding and updating my website. With Hexomatic, I can grab a list of all my case studies, run a search on my clients' websites, enrich my data with logos, favicons, images, articles, text, tech-stacks and keep them on file, or upload them to WordPress. In the week or so I've been using it, Hexomatic claims to have saved me 55 hours. I doubt it, but it certainly feels like I saved a lot of time. ### 11. I had an issue. Couldnt resolve it with teh hexomatic scraper. I escalated it into support and they resovled this and showed me step by step how to solve the issue. With screenshots. And their solution worked! **What do you dislike about Hexomatic?** So many terms, its not 100% intuitive. So support is needed, and takes time to finish a scrape. But results undeniably are there. Examples: Scrape Product Info, Scrape Google Search Results, Scrape Websites for Contact Details, Scrape Websites for their Technology stacks, Scrape any page with data you want to collect in Google Sheet or CSV form. As a scraping tool it's a no code tool making it easier to use this, than to create scraping scripts for multiple websites. As a SAAS tool it's in the cloud so it doesn't need your information or your IP address. In scraping that's the sort of thing you need. **What do you dislike about Hexomatic?** It still feels a bit young in that there are features i would expect to see that aren't there. In my case I found that in scraping multiple search URLs for one website I had to create a new automation, even though the elements being scraped are identical. It would be faster for Hexomatic to support search variable insertion to cut down on the number of automation needed. The same thing goes for workflows, there is a duplicate button but the system bugs out if i duplicate a workflow and try to change the starting point.
