The platform is pretty intuitive, making implementation a breeze, but if you get stuck support is always right there to help. This is no slight against Hexnode whatsoever, as it's really not their fault, but iOS is so much more difficult to use with MDM. We strongly encourage customers to use Android devices, but sometimes they can't be swayed. iOS works. It's just so much more cumbersome than Android.
