UI: The UI is not intuitive, feels like they just put items whenever they feel like.

Connectivity: We've only tested iOS, but their iOS connectivity has been extremely reliable. Multiple pushes of a command needs to be sent.

A lot of flexibility in control and security of macOS, constantly adding new features and for other platforms as well. And knowledge base is huge, which helps to find answers. This syetem is very easy to use and if you ever get stuck the support is amazing, they will talk you through any issues and help you get the results that you are after. It look a while to figure out how to link Apple products but with the support I managed to get it done. Android is really really simple.

We are managing around 75 devices with Hexnode and it has been a great experience overall. The platform is pretty intuitive, making implementation a breeze, but if you get stuck support is always right there to help. In most cases support is immediately available over chat, and knowledgable staff are there to guide you to a solution swiftly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hexnode. This is no slight against Hexnode whatsoever, as it's really not their fault, but iOS is so much more difficult to use with MDM. We strongly encourage customers to use Android devices, but sometimes they can't be swayed. iOS works. It's just so much more cumbersome than Android. I like the simplicity of the product but also that it just works. I dont have to keep trying different approaches or new ways to make it work.

The only thing that i initially disliked was that the minimum amount of users that i had to purchase was 15.
