The most exciting solutions sell themselves but many basic solutions in smart cities, smart mining and some very basic solutions in low scale implementation of AI and ML are under developed and over expensive. These face tough competition from thriving indigenous solution providers who've successfully developed simpler but efficient products which are cost effective. Crimson Hexagon, which recently merged with Brandwatch, is a compelling offering in the social listening and analytics space. Their cost is lower than some of their competition, but still on the higher end. However their data visualization tools for social listening are compelling and help to cull insights from the data sets being analyzed. For example, their word clouds and topic clusters help to explore large date ranges after building your queries, and can take you from topic to topic and theme to theme, which not only helps with exploring and navigating the often-large amounts of mentions but also greatly assists in analyzing these fields and developing essential insights. I feel like Crimson Hexagon is still a bit clunky and sometimes difficult to navigate in terms of the tools and overall platform. The user experience can, as a result, feel a bit frustrating to produce the results you're looking for and lacks the clean UI and intuitiveness that other similar platforms offer. I also feel like their customer service - or rather on-call support and accessibility lags behind some of their competitors. In simple words, It makes Engineers Life easy if they simply follow Hexagon Products Work Instructions. 2. User Support : Hexagon have special Team for User Support. Hexagon have special portal / Database of the Issues/Resolutions which was faced all around the globe in past. Any Company which uses Hexagon Products can have access to that portal & See the Issues & its resolutions. It helps in rectifying Issues. In case, If any Company cannot find the issue / resolution which they are looking for, they can raise Service Request to Hexagon & Hexagon Team will contact them & resolve their issue, Hexagon never miss that. They always help. 3. Diversity : Instead of having 1 Product for all, They have different Software's for Different Departments / Jobs, It provides flexibility for Companies to choose the Product which they really need. 4. Graphics : Hexagon Software's are best in terms of Graphics among all competitors. 5. Integration : In Detail Engineering Projects, There is lot of data which needs to be transferred to Other Project Teams, Like Process Data from Process Team to Instrumentation Team, Valve Dimension Data from Instrumentation Team to 3D Model Designing Team, Motor Signals & Load data from Electrical to Instrumentation Teams etc. Hexagon Software's are very well designed to transfer these data from 1 dept. to another with minimum efforts. In absence of Hexagon Tools , Inter-Discipline Coordination is really tough task as It may result in Data Loss due to Human errors which may happen during transfer of data. But, Hexagon Tools transfer exact data available in Tools without any issue. 6. Changes Log : Hexagon Tools always track changes i.e. at any interval of time, you can track. who changes what & on which date. This is always required for large projects. 7.
