Hevo Data Reviews & Product Details

I use Hevo Data for ingesting data from various tools to Snowflake, it makes my work so easier by being an easy way to connect to a data source without too much engineering effort. I appreciate that most of the time, it's plug and play, so analysts like me can handle most tasks without having to reach out to the engineering team. I think it's easy to use, and I enjoy that there are many connectors available. The support team is pretty responsive, which I find helpful, even if it sometimes takes a bit longer to resolve technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many connectors, which is great, but I think sometimes they are released too fast without proper testing. I raised a few bug tickets, which have for the most part been resolved. However, I think more development time is sometimes needed before releasing the connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limited amount of integrations, some of them are listed as supported but in fact are very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, the UX is intuitive, and setting up a new ingestion source is extremely easy. I observed no noticeable performance differences in highly scheduled pipelines or when processing high-volume sources. The support system clearly distinguishes queries the chat agent can handle from those that require escalation to a specialist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Missing ClickHouse as a destination , debugging ingestion failures at times is cumbersome and requires a support agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Hevo is the fast and helpful customer service. The UI is easy to use and performance is never an issue. Pricing is good compared to other tools as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wish there was a way to modify the pipelines after creations on most of the sources Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its technical possiblities, flexibility and customer service / support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some limitations, such as a lack of some built-in connectors (e.g. RTB House, Yext, Bing Webmaster, Google My Business). Also, it would be awesome if Hevo can offer reverse ETL as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes our work easier when we need to connect to external data sources. The connection interface is straightforward, clear, and easy to maintain over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some aspects of the ui can be a little confusing. For example, when reviewing which tables in our warehouse hevo is responsible for, it can be difficult to differentiate them from our own tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Hevo Data because it takes off our data engineering tasks and makes the implementation easy. Their proactiveness with response and solving issues is something I really appreciate. The Hevo team is very responsive whenever any issue is raised, and they are agile in their communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
