Frustrating support and bias attitude to new clients.

I do not register on Hetzner every day. I did it for the first time. And there was an not obvious moment on the some registration step. So I couldn't understand what to do. I thought it because of my e-mail somehow. So I tried another one. After some time of tries I understood what to do and finished registration.

And after that instead of helping me they did what ?

They delete my account.
