I like Heroic because of the ease of getting my website up and running right out of the gate. Heroic is a stark contrast to the platform that I had been using. There is not much that I dislike. I added a blog to my website and if a user wants to allow blog comments, we are forced to use the Facebook Comments plugin (which I am dissatisfied with).
