I have working for me is the fact that Heroic is an open-source project that allows me complete control. I am able to build the exact dashboards I want and to integrate it perfectly with the tools I already use. I can easily find out the trend or even areas of concern. There can be times when alerts are received later than expected, and these could be crucial moments where intervention could have been made before a problem worsens. What problems is Heroic solving and how is that benefiting you? I love the fact that there is the Heroic monitor. It helps me to predict possible problems in my infrastructure that may affect the users. Real-time data also assist me in fine-tuning performance and utilization of system resources. I can’t navigate to a clickstream report or specify which filters to apply for the data given. I like Heroic because of the ease of getting my website up and running right out of the gate. Heroic is a stark contrast to the platform that I had been using. In just a short time, I created several pages to grow my business, popping it with lots of beautiful images and call-to-action elements to help convert more of our leads into paying clients. I added a blog to my website and if a user wants to allow blog comments, we are forced to use the Facebook Comments plugin (which I am dissatisfied with). What problems is Heroic solving and how is that benefiting you? The purpose of my website is to bring in paying clients. The Heroic website builder makes it easy to convert prospects into clients. I can capture my visitor data and then send it to useful areas of my site (based on behaviors), which is critical to us. We can book prospects on our calendar, interact with email lists and several other elements--all quick and easy to intetegrate via forms with a 3rd party service.
