I am able to build the exact dashboards I want and to integrate it perfectly with the tools I already use. I can easily find out the trend or even areas of concern. **What do you dislike about Heroic?** There can be times when alerts are received later than expected, and these could be crucial moments where intervention could have been made before a problem worsens. Dealing with custom notifications can be time-consuming and the notification management is not very intuitive. **What problems is Heroic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love the fact that there is the Heroic monitor. It helps me to predict possible problems in my infrastructure that may affect the users. Real-time data also assist me in fine-tuning performance and utilization of system resources. ### 2. This makes it impossible to perform broad security analysis or monitoring for possible security vulnerabilities. **What problems is Heroic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Heroic has been a goodr for handling our cloud IAM. I added a blog to my website and if a user wants to allow blog comments, we are forced to use the Facebook Comments plugin (which I am dissatisfied with). I also don't like that there isn't much of a written user manual, although their tech support team is awesome. **What problems is Heroic solving and how is that benefiting you?** The purpose of my website is to bring in paying clients. The Heroic website builder makes it easy to convert prospects into clients. I can capture my visitor data and then send it to useful areas of my site (based on behaviors), which is critical to us.
