"Outstanding Experience with HeroDevs - Using Bootstrap and Require.js"
What do you like best about HeroDevs?

From the very first point of contact, working with HeroDevs has been an exceptional experience. Their ongoing communication across all levels has consistently met our expectations, and they have always followed through on their commitments.

Our team implemented two of their Never-Ending Support Products across many of our user interfaces for our security products. The option to install EOL Support, rather than undertaking a full internal migration, has saved us significant time, money, and frustration.

While we did encounter some challenges during the initial implementations, the HeroDevs support team was there every step of the way. They provided prompt assistance that helped us resolve issues and continue progressing.

Two years later, we're still utilizing HeroDevs' services and have no plans to switch. We eagerly anticipate exploring more of the support avenues they will offer in the future. I am thrilled to be their customer and would absolutely recommend HeroDevs to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HeroDevs?

I think it's the easiest way to continue serving existing products that require SLA compliance, like our (my company's) product. It's very nice that it's literally plug and play when adding it to our project once we got the packages, and we didn't even have to touch any other dependency that's relying on the deprecated library we were using.

Customer Support was very responsive and helpful through out the process, from onboarding, to reporting issues, and (soon-to-be) off-boarding process.

We highly appreciate customer support especially for being flexible despite having very different timezones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeroDevs?

There are only two issues we found while using HeroDevs Vue NES:

1. We purchased Vue NES Essentials hoping that we would be able to utilize HeroDevs Vuex, but we found that during implementation, we couldn't use it as it was a different version. We tried to escalate it and was told that they'll consider supporting the version we have, but it couldn't be delivered.

2. There was no official support for deprecated package managers. We were using Yarn 1, and there were some small guides in the help pages, but it didn't work for our setup. We ended up downloading the library so that we could use it, but after that, it was very smooth.

Despite the above, we're still happy with HeroDevs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
