**What do you like best about Herd Security?**

I like the way Herd Security delivers training directly within Microsoft Teams. The AI-generated training content is more interactive and well-contextualized for our environment, which makes it more engaging and relevant. I find the support team great to work with, and always responsive. I also appreciate Herd's AI functionality that lets us query the status of our security awareness program and answer our platform usage questions.

**What problems is Herd Security solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Herd Security streamlines our training by integrating with Microsoft Teams, provides AI-generated, customized content, and automates notifications. It improves engagement and relevancy in security awareness training and gives managers insight into team performance. We switched for its automation, relevance, and program control.
