**What do you like best about Heller Consulting?**

Really amazing job of gathering informations and documenting requirements. The team was clearly invested in the job and in us. Great people.

**What do you dislike about Heller Consulting?**

Not great at saying "no" - we had a few instances were we asked for things that were pretty much crazy (and which we are now having to re-engineer); Heller did their best to accomodate/build out custom processes but since we brought them on as experts, we feel like they could have done a better job of guiding us toward best practices instead of doing what we thought (in our naivite) we wanted.

 While working with the consultants I would have liked more information for making process improvements.
