What I love best about Headspace and bringing this into the workspace is that it's enabled our team to stay connected, feel supported and have the space to unplug, recharge and refresh. Headspace's approach is a low entry barrier with an uncomplicated approach that is nevertheless very appealing to new users and helpful when used. When we added it, many of our employees signed up. Some were already familiar and others were not but there were no glitches or "how do I", etc. Very smooth launch and rollout. We've featured it prominently on our Wellbeing resource page with the intro video. It was also noted favorably in employee comments in the engagement survey after we added it. I'd like to see more usage but overall, we are finding it to be a great addition to our wellbeing resources for our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Headspace? Personally, I was never able to enroll using my work email, as I've had a personal Headspace account for years. I utilized help, a number of emails back and forh, etc. It became a confusing and frustrating issue that never worked or resolved itself. It appeared to be too much for anyone to facilitate how I could keep my personal HS history/stats and transfer my account to the company-paid account. In the end, I gave up and opted to keep (and pay for) my personal account. It's a bit ironic, given I'm the one who initiated and accomplished the addition of Headspace for Work for my company as one of its executives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
