I would have liked more communication from the administrators at Headspace. I would like to see more of a 'launch' when there are new areas of Headspace developed or new products added to the app. This would enable us to keep our employees informed and demonstrate that this is a continually evolving platform. I would love to have an opportunity to see more data and have it updated more than once weekly. I found that doing a "meditation month" where we tried to gamify the creation of this new habit was hard to track. We trusted that our team was honest when they told us how many minutes they used the app individually, but it could have gone more smoothly if the platform had provided that information. I would also love to see the invite link for the company in more spaces and preferably on the front page. I would also like to pull someone out if there's a situation where they leave the company.
