What do you dislike about HawkSoft? There are a lot of features to learn and I still have a long way to go to learn them all. This is not anything to fault Hawksoft about though. It is all time and date stamped. It has come in handy already when customer says they called us about something that they actually forgot to mention to us during their call. The first thing that I liked about Hawksoft was the Action button, and how it walks you through every procedure and provides great consistency. That opinion has not changed. Everything is easy to find, and makes sense. We used Hawksoft for a few years, then changed back to Applied systems on the 'strong advice' of a well known insurance consultant. What do you dislike about HawkSoft? if you have outside producers and need to track commissions, it wasn't there but i believe they have worked on that.
