Hawksoft is easy to use. Their support documentation is easy to search & find relevant results. Not only can I find help, but there are clear instructions. If I can't find help in the documentation, I have always been able to obtain support by calling the 800 # or chatting with a rep online. Hawksoft helps us keep track of our customer's policies and keep up to date on changes. Hawksoft has features like email integration, texting and e-sign capability which help us keep in touch with our customers. The huge Acord form library makes it easy to fill out forms. Hawksoft is very user-friendly. I've used previous management systems for the past 15 years. Hawksoft is the only one I've been able to pull the exact reports I need with the information I want. From reporting, accounting and downloading the system is easy to navigate. The support our new agency received for training, implementation and ongoing check ins is top-notch.
