Hardono Reviews & Product Details

Hardono is retail management software integrating point-of-sale, inventory management, and automated PSAK 14 accounting. It operates on Android tablets, smartphones, and web-based PCs for single or multi-branch stores. The system automates journal entries by linking cashier transactions to accounting records via the Moving Average Cost method, ensuring real-time inventory valuation and audit-ready financial reports. Inventory syncs instantly across branches, with automatic journal entries for stock transfers preventing discrepancies. Offline mode supports cashier functions during outages, syncing data when connectivity returns. Features include stock opname with adjustment journals, purchase order validation, and barcode scanning via mobile cameras. Multi-branch operations offer inter-unit transaction elimination in consolidated reports, while mobile apps enable workflows like stock counts, goods receipt, and sales reporting.
