HaraPro Reviews & Product Details

HaraPro is an AI-native financial management platform for owners of multiple businesses and for the accounting firms that serve them. Accounting software stops at one company file. HaraPro keeps every business you own in one account, with ownership percentages from the first screen. Bookkeeping is on every plan, Free included: P&L, balance sheet, reconciliation, journal entries and consolidated reporting across businesses. A bank payment links to the specific loan it belongs to, splitting principal and interest, and both sides of an intercompany note move from a single transaction. Tax planning runs all year instead of once a year: real time federal and state forecasting, quarterly estimates with the IRS form PDFs, automatic depreciation including Section 179 and Section 280F, a deduction simulator and scenario comparison. Prior 1040, 1120-S and 1065 returns import directly. Six AI agents handle transaction classification with rule memory, insights on what needs attention, tax strategy with full financial context, estate document reading and drafting, onboarding in one conversation, and product support. Every agent runs on Claude, with four-layer memory and a human in the loop. Bank connections run on Plaid in production across 12,000 or more institutions. The File Vault stores documents with AES-256 encryption, versioning and full-text search. The estate module drafts 25 document types against real ownership percentages and live balances, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advance directives. For accounting firms, the CPA Partner Program is a flat fee per client paid by the firm, with no revenue share, ever. One cockpit opens any client's live books, and the firm sends the client a bank connection link in one click. Plans start free, with no card and no expiry. Transactions and AI classifications are unlimited on every plan. HaraPro is not a filing product and does not e-file. It has no invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bill pay, payroll runs or inventory.
