One of my favorite features is the Canned Responses. This function significantly speeds up the process of responding to repetitive queries.
Another highlight is the integration with the ticketing system. The seamless way the chatbot can transition from a conversation to creating a ticket within the Happy Fox system is impressive. This ensures that more complex issues are tracked and resolved efficiently, without the need for the customer to repeat themselves.

Happyfox chatbot available for Desktop, smartphones and web. Its providing the real time live chat experience to the customers all around the world.

**What do you dislike about HappyFox Chatbot?**

It had lacks of performance metrics and there is no email management and campaign management.

**What problems is HappyFox Chatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time user interactive chat experience. No need to hire chat support person. Saved cost per month basis.

**What do you like best about HappyFox Chatbot?**

I like how easy the backend is to customize the user experience - It's also an easy platform to train my team on! The Salesforce integration is nice to have as it seamlessly flows into our current workflows and makes merging dup customers easy!

I wish the chatbot would recognize more key "phrases" compared to just trigger words when searching for a proper response. Oftentimes our members are still not getting what they're looking for and end up having to get moved over to an agent. The

If you're looking for an entry-level system that can flow interactions directly into Salesforce, I'd highly recommend looking into HappyFox.

Having the chatbot enabled is helping save our CS team time so they can work with customers who are really struggling with something that needs more human interaction. That time, turns to better CX = $$ .
