HammerTech is also extremely customizable which has allowed us to shape the software to fit our organization's needs. **What do you dislike about HammerTech?** An improvement that HammerTech could make would be in its analytics platform. Customization is limited and a lot of what we want to do has to be customized inside of Power BI. **What problems is HammerTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** HammerTech was able to solve having scattered safety processes and manual paperwork by digitizing everything into one system. Hammertech though was with us step by step learning the program. **What problems is HammerTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moving from previous platforms used only for inspection or reporting this allows all of our data to be housed in one location. This part of the process has been vital because this person has truly come to understand our safety program and the things we need. Lyla, has helped us build this system for our needs with ease. **What do you dislike about HammerTech?** I wish there were more things that can be integrated from Procore like location, distribution, and distribution list. The system is easy to change so it is no big deal. **What problems is HammerTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially, our goal was to find a way to make sure AHA(JHA) was brought to be a part of the process during construction and not just something we did in the pre-construction phase. When we found HammerTech and the way Pre-Task planning is executed we realized the system would be perfect for this new process we were trying to introduce. No one should be doing safety orientation documentation on paper. The complete and customizable workflow for safety orientations ALONE makes this software worth the price of entry. **What do you dislike about HammerTech?** HTG says it integrates with PROCORE. In my opinion, this is an overstatement. HTG will receive subcontractor info for a project from PROCORE, but it is a one-way street. **What problems is HammerTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** HTG has eliminated hours of busy work for our safety representatives each week. The cost savings is one thing, but the additional time to focus on the primary goal of project safety is near priceless. ### 17.
