How much does GWI cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, GWI pricing in 2026 starts at $150.00. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the GWI's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is GWI pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 reviewer demographics, GWI's pricing suits a broad range of users but delivers the most value to mid-market and enterprise teams in marketing, advertising, and market research. G2 reviewers from agencies frequently cite GWI as essential for client pitches, audience profiling, and media planning. The free tier suits individuals or teams needing occasional quick insights, while the Plus plan at $150.00 per month fits small businesses requiring unlimited AI-driven research. GWI's Pro tier, with custom pricing, is best suited for larger organizations needing advanced segmentation tools, multi-user access, and comprehensive global consumer data across 50-plus markets.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of GWI?

GWI's free tier provides basic access via the AI assistant GWI Spark, capped at 20 prompts per month, with audience exploration across 50-plus markets. G2 reviewers frequently highlight Spark's utility for quick insights, though some note its current limitations for complex analysis. GWI's paid Plus plan at $150.00 per month removes the prompt cap entirely, enabling unlimited Spark usage with optional multi-user discounts. GWI's Pro tier, available via custom quote, unlocks the full platform including 250K profiling points and advanced research tools. G2 reviewers note that deeper psychographic data and additional datasets often require paid modules beyond the core subscription.

Is GWI considered good value for its pricing?

GWI's value perception is generally positive among G2 reviewers, with an average rating of around 4.2 out of 5. Many G2 users praise the depth of global consumer data, intuitive interface, and time savings in audience research as strong justifications for the cost. However, several reviewers explicitly flag GWI's pricing as a concern, particularly for smaller teams. One G2 reviewer noted it is 'expensive for smaller teams or companies,' and another mentioned the cost requires frequent use to justify. Reviewers comparing GWI to Kantar consistently rate GWI as better value, citing richer data and a superior interface at more competitive pricing.

"User-Friendly and Fast, but Not enough Professional"
4/5
What do you like best about GWI?

It is extremely user-friendly, easy to use, and fast. We do have access to other similar tools (e.g. several from the former Kantar Media, now fifty5blue, in many countries) and nothing is so smooth and quick Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GWI?

The data behind and the preparation of its staff is not even comparable to Kantar. Often our account manager fails to get basic statistical references. Plus, they claim that every respondent answers all questions from GWI core, but it is clearly false and it can even be checked manually on the platform itself by seeing the variable "responses".

Also, we tested Agent Spark (their AI tool) but it most often than not gives you back wrong results. It is ok for extremely simple analysis, it doesn't work if you need to compare crosstabs across different countries and years, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
