They fail to solve any concerns or difficulties we encounter with their tools. Its evident that they don’t care about their customers satisfaction. **What do you dislike about GWEN?** GWEN provides a cumbersome range of resources and tools for the marketing realm. Their platform provides a few things you need. There is a learning curve. One aspect Im not particularly fond of is the nature of GWENs rewards based notifications. **What problems is GWEN solving and how is that benefiting you?** It sometimes comes across as manipulative and coercive. The analysis features are overwhelming and difficult to navigate making it time consuming to extract insights. The gamification element does not suit all industries or target audiences excluding users. ### 2. During the 'TechConnect Expo,' this loyalty program became the cornerstone of our engagement strategy. **What do you dislike about GWEN?** If you connect with the expert team, there is no tool in the market like "GWEN". It is perfect, powerful, and has a responsive support team. **What problems is GWEN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its extraordinary feature not only analyzed and captured user behavior but also delivered personalized notifications to individual interests. Later on, I observed that the result was a glaring increase in the number of landing page visits. ### 3. I used it once only for my one event based project which was held at banglore, where i dont have any other platforms access except GWEN. No doubt it is easy to use but for first time setup we need customer support which takes approax 10min. It has many amazing features which helps to create campaign and boosting the engagement of audiences through it's royalty program. It's Royalty program totally read and control the behaviour of user and sends hims notifications according to his interest, then reach over landing page increses in a bulk. **What do you dislike about GWEN?** Customer care takes more time to connect for solving issues related to handling tools and also sharing bad experiences if there is. It also cant afford by startups because it is little more expensive. **What problems is GWEN solving and how is that benefiting you?** When i starts using GWEN , i realized the reality of Royalty programs and how it works on the user's thinking to enrol in it. Tool has very fine analysis features which study the science of behaviour of users and then sends rewards based notifications which they cant avoid. Its works on insights of campaign which makes more reach on landing page which directly impacts on enhancing the revenue which we can track on both the leaderboards. At landing page leads conversion gets easy with gamification. In banglore it makes successful my campaign with its attractive programs. ### 4. Easy to use and understand and makes a great partner in every day work. **What do you dislike about GWEN?** At first, it requires some familiarization but with a little guide and tutorial everything went smoothly and easily. This can definitely improve more and I am excited to see more from it. **What problems is GWEN solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us make planning much easier than our traditional way. I think the program is very user friendly and was easy to pick up how to use. I would recommend it to anyone who needs marketing assistance. **What do you dislike about GWEN?** GWEN has some features that is not useful. I do not use it in its entirety but you still pay for these additional features. THe program is also more expensive than I would expect it to be. **What problems is GWEN solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've figured out how to market my medical product better.
