The system covers a lot of functionality that I'd expect from an educational products monetisation platform and offers excellent value in comparison with the price offered by competitors. What I love about Gurucan the most is that it is not just "learning website" where people can purchase and watch learning videos, but that it also also has a marketing engine included: The ability to create automations to contact students/clients based on who watched/completed what step of which training. Having used Teachable & Thinkific and then in 2020 having made the switch to FreshLMS, I am glad I stumbled on to Gurucan. This is a learning platform for students from all levels and my use case is primarily for high school students. Very pleased that they offer both web and app versions of the platform as this was a major shortcoming I faced with my earlier LMS. I don't need white labelling of the app for my use case but good to know if business picks up then the option to white label is there along with support for the same.

The web platform is modern, simplistic interface and helps students navigate easily. Making the course itself is easy. I noticed that there is a template to choose from but I started from scratch and the flow made sense and was easy. There is an inbuilt chat function for discussion. I will be using Continually as a VA. The need for a student discussion centre that is much more robust would be my immediate request to the team so that they don't have to leave the platform to a third party for this and it ensures the learning is richer. The inbuilt CRM has options for homework and chat. Yet to explore this fully but I am convinced there is a lot of potential to evolve this to accomodate the various discussion forums. No data yet on the analytics and of course no look at the certifications yet but I believe they are making auto certifications available later this month. Finally, I am glad that there is no limit on admins, authors or users. That is amazing, thank you!

The simplicity solves multiple challenges in the same platform and mostly the support they are very responsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing so far, maybe an improvement in the backend "which I think they are working on" some minor things related to the Cname and email sending yet none of these are deal-breakers I believe they will be upgraded shortly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GuruCan might be new in the LMS market but it's definitely a software to watch out for. It has the necessary features, as well as a mobile app feature (that most LMS don't).... And this LMS is still very new. I am excited to see how this LMS continues to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Text editor is a little bit clunky. There aren't as much integrations. As well, it's a little bit difficult to customize the visibility of certain courses, offers at the moment. But then again, I know this will be improved on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What has struck me the most is the ease of setting up my first course. It is effortless and guided. The possibility of offering my students an app for android is very encouraging to me. I'm still testing its possibilities, but I'm pretty excited for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface needs to be improved I also miss being able to embed videos from other providers in the cloud, not just Youtube, Vimeo, or Wistia. It seems that future updates will resolve both issues, so I am not too concerned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how everything works smoothly and easy to navigate the product and build an online school in a matter of hours. Also that it has advanced content protection technology and that everything is made for comfort and target to achieve results for the end user.. For a long time, I am searching for a cheap way to do my online course, and I tried to make my course teachable but i found it so expensive, but when i saw gurucan i didn't wait to think to buy or no, it is a really amazing software and an amazing platform to launch your course and it has a lot of features like Whitelabel and email marketing and much more thank u really. The things I like best about the software is the white label webpage, the ability to use the CRM, mailing list, and also how's the videos directly on the site.
