I love the simplicity of the user interface, the speed of customer service, whether it's via chat, Facebook or any other channel. Very responsive.

What I love most is their flexibility of including and adding useful features into their development. This is something you don't see with the more "established" LMS systems.

The user interface is extremely intuitive, well designed and you can choose a simple or custom design - meaning even design dummies can't be overwhelmed.

Creating courses, challenges, articles and memberships that you can sell as bundles or sell as memberships (or both!) is a real breeze.

You can tell that Gurucan was set up with the marketing in mind, and it has a great workflow to marketing your knowledge. This is what clearly lets it stand out above the competition who can be clunky with cluttered interfaces (and very intimidating to new users.

At the moment, uploads aren't going as quickly as they could, apparently due to servers not quite able to cope easily. But that is most likely temporary.

I would love a VAT remittance option to make the financial side of Gurucan a breeze as well, but would happily also find a workaround if that would make Gurucan much less navigable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm able to add a course, a landing page. And then my course is up and running. It even bundles together with a mobile app for both Android and Apple iOS.

It contains a market campaign module to promote your own courses within your own community.

Course Design

The course content can be many different types. It is easy to add videos from various sources to be part of the courses. You can also host your video on the website.

I had tested the course flow and content in both the website and mobile app; it works great!

Mobile App

The mobile apps are easy to use, and the layout is user-friendly.

Only 2 things I think are missing.

An easy-to-navigate content menu when the course consists of many lessons. For simple lessons, it is easy to manage. When the lesson is more than 40-50, it may be challenging to navigate the course.

Another one is the product group within the same landing page. Ideally, the free, premium, and package offers can be selected to display on the different landing pages, now it shows everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s pretty simple to set up an online course with Gurucan. In addition, Gurucan has some additional features such as CRM, email marketing, push-notification and coupon system. It also has integration with other apps such as Zapier plus the ability to connect to Stripe and PayPal for payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Does not have the ability to create multiple "schools" (ABC academy, XYZ Learning Center) under the same account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
