If there was something we needed that Growfin didn't currently offer, our implementation/CS team is able to inform their developers and put it on their project plan for future releases. We can create multiple views based on out-of-the-box and custom fields, allowing us to review our invoices in the way we want. We can easily review invoices in dispute, aged balances, and customer communications. Our collectors perform the majority of their daily functions in Growfin, no longer needing to work in multiple platforms.
