These increased follow-ups have led to more frequent and earlier collections. Additionally, Growfin allows us to send supporting documents directly to customers, which has helped reduce the number of emails we receive from customers requesting specific documents. We can create multiple views based on out-of-the-box and custom fields, allowing us to review our invoices in the way we want. We can easily review invoices in dispute, aged balances, and customer communications. Our collectors perform the majority of their daily functions in Growfin, no longer needing to work in multiple platforms. The collections strategy functionality sends out invoices that our collectors would normally have to send manually, providing the team more bandwidth to address escalations and disputes. The onboarding team was with us every step of the way, adding functionality and explaining nuanced aspects of Growfin's functionality to help us get the most out of the platform.
