While Group Chat App is helpful for basic team communication, there are a few areas I think could be improved for customer support work. First, the search function could be more accurate and faster. When I need to find old conversations or solutions for similar customer issues, it sometimes takes too long to locate the right information. Second, there are limited options for organizing messages and chats. For a support team handling many different types of inquiries, better folder systems, tags, or pinning tools would help keep important information easy to find. Third, file sharing can be slow, especially with larger attachments like screenshots or customer records. Faster and more reliable file support would make troubleshooting customer problems much smoother. Fourth, the notification system can be inconsistent.
