some projects have taken longer than anticipated

**What problems is Grey Space solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grey Space has helped us customize and improve both our CRM (Kustomer) and telephony solutions (AWS Connect). We have worked with them for a while now and have really enjoyed them and their work. They are eager to help us use our systems and can get hacky so we can customize how we need.
