As a researcher, what I like most about GraphPad Prism is the easy-to-use interface and the quality of the graphs and analyses.The graphs the program produces are very professional and its statistics are very efficient.Although I don't have much knowledge of how to use statistical programs, I feel comfortable using GraphPad thanks to its intuitive designThat's why I always count on GraphPad for producing graphs and analyses for my scientific articles. What I like least about GraphPad Prism is the difficulty of finding clear information about the assumptions the program uses for statistical tests, which can lead to doubts about the interpretation of the results.In addition to this point, I am disappointed that the software is not very affordable, especially for people living in developing countries, where research resources are extremely limited. The highlight of this software is its user friendliness. The number of options it provides helps the user to generate ideal graphs for publishing one's research articles in reputed journals. GP offers lot of test, basic one, such as t-test, anova, which are fundamental in sensory analysy.

The first and foremost thing with Prism is it is one of th best GUI for Statistical analysis software available in the market. The integration of ribbon-like features, similar to MS-office, made it easy to access the length and breadth of all the features offered by GraphPad Prism

The best thing about GraphPad is from the moment you open the software right from the beginning; it will guide you on what kind of data you have to which it will suggest the best suitable statistical approach.

I have been using GraphPad prim for the past 15 years throughout my Industrial career, from version 4 to version 9.

In all the versions I have noticed with Prism, most of the time hangs and displays the same graphs and analysis of the previously analyzed data when we create more than eight new analysis files; this bug exists in all the versions, including version 9.

i used One way ANOVA analysis, t test analysis, four varient parameter analysis using Prism compared.

I Analysing of IC50, EC50, LD50 study was also performed using Prism.

For my enzyme kinetics study i regularly using Prism to study the Vmax and Km of protein.

i dont have any negative comment about Graph pad prism since i am using from last 10 year throughout my career but the liscence or price/cost of teh prism is some how fall in the higher range =, so company shoud minimis the cost will be the great apportunity for student to buy this software. Prism is highly intuitive, yet it is also comprehensive. Customer service has been excellent, but there are signs that this is changing owing to acquisitions of other companies and expansion of the Prism product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GraphPad is now part of a larger enterprise engaged in acquisitions of other products and the expansion of Prism. It will be challenging to balance this expansion of Prism's feature set with ease of use and good customer service.
