GranOps Reviews & Product Details

GranOps puts a business's loyalty card in its customers' Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. We design the card for the brand: the first design arrives within 24 hours, and we revise it until the owner approves it. Customers join by scanning a QR code at the counter, staff stamp visits with the phone they already have, and the reward unlocks after the number of stamps the business chooses. Owners send offers and news as notifications to every member, follow visits on a live dashboard, and can add nearby reminders and email marketing. After launch we keep running the card: reward changes, new designs and questions come to us on WhatsApp, and we handle them. One price per location includes every feature, with a 14-day free trial. Made for cafés, bakeries and other businesses with regulars, in the UK and Spain.
