## About Gramo
Gramo is management software for professional kitchens, bakeries and patisseries. What sets it apart is where the cost comes from: gramo reads your supplier invoices and delivery notes automatically, so every recipe is costed with the price you actually paid, not one typed in months ago. When a supplier raises a price, every dish using that ingredient recalculates on its own. Costs include waste, nested sub-recipes, labour time and energy, so the margin on screen is the real one. Beyond costing, gramo covers lot traceability from supplier to plate with recall reports, digital HACCP with mobile checklists and alerts for pending controls, allergen labelling under EU Regulation 1169/2011, a public QR allergen menu that updates with your recipes, stock levels with low-stock warnings, production planning and supplier orders. Designed in Spain for Spanish and EU food safety regulation.
