We started using Graip.AI a few months ago at CreativeMood Marketing, and it’s been one of the few tools that made a difference and which we use daily.

I’ve been using this tool to upload invoice information, and it really saves a lot of time since you don’t have to type everything manually. It also helps reduce mistakes, typos or wrong numbers, that can easily happen when copying info by hand, which often cause bigger problems down the line.

Graip is extremely easy to use on an everyday basis. Even without much training or background, the interface feels user-friendly. It’s designed for everyday use, so you don’t need to be an expert to get through it quickly. It really decreases manual work.

As for how it works with our system (S4), I don’t know all the technical details, but it’s integrated nicely. You just drag and drop the invoice file into Graip, and then it automatically pulls the info from the document and updates it in S/4. It only takes a few simple steps and some waiting time, which makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free. In addition, it works well not only with English but also with Latvian, which eliminates the need for translation.

Overall, it’s a solid tool that makes invoice uploading much easier and more accurate.

Graip.AI Mind has become a critical part of our development workflow. It intelligently extracts code snippets, configuration logic, and technical rules from legacy documents, requirements files, and even emails. What makes it stand out is how accurately it understands the context of code blocks, detects inconsistencies, and even helps generate structured code templates based on unstructured documentation. Graip is a good tool that helps our financial and reporting people to analyze all kinds of inbound documents, read invoices and shipping manifests. It is cheaper, than the competition and easy to start using. Though it has it's limitations, it is easy to implement and if you are missing something, you can always refer to customer support, which is outstanding. There were cases where important details like dates or invoice numbers were either not extracted or were placed in the wrong fields.
