Clarity Reviews & Product Details

Clarity is due diligence software for investment committees, built on the Clarity Framework — a standard for evaluating investment reasoning rather than summarizing deal documents. Powered by a deterministic reasoning engine, Clarity scores every opportunity in a firm's pipeline against the same standard, so analysts, partners, and investment committees can evaluate deals consistently and produce capital allocation decisions with a defensible audit trail. Each conclusion is linked to its supporting evidence in a Defensible Audit Log, giving investment teams and risk officers a reproducible way to challenge assumptions and compare opportunities — without replacing the human judgment that drives the firm's process. Clarity is used by venture capital and private equity firms for diligence workflows including deal screening, quality-of-earnings review, and IC memo preparation.
